The Great Fire of London and a Visit to Strangers Hall
Year 2 have been exploring the events of the Great Fire of London through Samuel Pepys Diary, paintings and artefacts. We had a fantastic day at Strangers Hall where we imagined life in the 1600’s and handled actual objects from 400 years ago!
Spring Term 2018
In year 2 we have been using problem solving games to learn about Proper Nouns (triangles game) and have completed a Diamond 9 to discuss what topics are important to us for our new topic, Africa!
